The downtown Rapid City winery won with all five wines it entered. The 2022 Roussanne, a wine released last month, received a gold medal, while the 2020 Malbec, 2020 Cabernet Franc, also a new release, 2021 Roussanne, and 2022 Marsanne, all won silver.
“Thank you to the judges at SFIWC. It never gets old hearing people appreciate the job we are doing and the product we are putting out,” said Adam Martinez, Firehouse Wine Cellars’ winemaker. “Our production crew is honored to have our wines medal in one of the biggest international competitions out there.”
